Due to COVID-19 - The health and safety of our customers, our team and our community is our top priority. As part of our contingency plan, TNCS Unley will be moving to contactless deliveries until further Notice to abide with the social distancing regulations set forth by the Department of Health.
Delivery is $25 Australia wide. These rates are for parcels up to 3kg.
Orders placed before 1pm Adelaide time (Mon–Fri) will be couriered to all metropolitan locations throughout Australia i.e. (Sydney, Melbourne etc..) within 2-3 business days** from the time of collection by the Courier. Non metro and remote areas take longer 3-4 business days (particularly remote areas of QLD, NT & WA), please phone us for delivery time frames.
**We use external air freight couriers who endeavour to deliver the next business day, however next business day delivery is not always guaranteed. In some instances (COVID-19) it is not always possible due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control and will take 2 -3 business days.
Deliveries are made Monday-Friday (excluding public holidays). Time frames cannot be specified (ie; we can not guarantee AM delivery).
We recommend delivery to a business address where possible.
Gifts are available for pick up from our Adelaide shop front. Please phone ahead so that we can have your gift ready for you.
Hospital and Hotel Deliveries
Sorry We CANNOT delivery to Hospitals at this current COVID time, for the safety of staff and patients.
Deliveries containing alcohol
Gift containing alcohol may only be purchased by persons over the age of 18. These gifts must be delivered to someone other than the sender, who must also be over the age of 18.
What happens if the recipient is not home?
The gift will be left if the courier believes there is a suitable place to leave the parcel at the property.
If there is not suitable place to leave the parcel a calling card will be left. You will then be charged a holding fee of $20. (To avoid such fees we strongly recommend delivery to a business address where possible).
Other Important delivery information
Cancellations and alterations to orders must be made 2 business days prior to dispatch.
While we make every effort to provide the gift as pictured, for time to time we may be out of stock of a particular item. If we are unable to supply and item, we will replace it with a similar item of equal or greater value.
Although we use highly reputable couriers, time delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances which are out of our control. If your gift is required for a certain date it is recommended you arrange delivery prior to this.
Hampers will be delivered to the recipients address as provided by you. If we are given an incorrect address and we need to re-deliver the gift to a different address, an additional delivery charge will apply.
All delivery prices are in Australian Dollars and include GST.
