Delivery Terms and Conditions

Hampers can be delivered in Australia wide.

Delivery Costs

Delivery is $20 Australia wide.
These rates are for parcels up to 3kg. For larger parcels or bulk orders please phone us for delivery pricing.


Delivery Times

  • Orders placed by 2pm Adelaide time (Mon–Fri) will be express air couriered to any metropolitan location throughout Australia the following business day*. Non metro and remote areas take longer (particularly remote areas of QLD, NT & WA), please phone us for delivery time frames.
  • *We use external air freight couriers who make their best endeavours to deliver next business day, however please note next business day delivery can not be guaranteed.  In some instances it is not always possible due to unforseen circumstances or events beyond our control and will take 2 business days.
  • Deliveries are made Monday-Friday (excluding public holidays). Time frames cannot be specified (ie; we can not guarantee AM delivery).
  • We recommend delivery to a business address where possible.
  • All DAIRY related products will be replaced with non perishable food.


 Pick Ups

Gifts are available for pick up from our Adelaide shop front. Please phone ahead so that we can have your gift ready for you.

 

Hospital and Hotel Deliveries

While we make every attempt to deliver your parcel the next business day, please ensure you allow relevant time for your gift to pass through these businesses security checks prior to the recipient checking out. Once these businesses sign for your parcel we take no responsibility for how long they take to pass on the gift to the recipient. (Delivery to a business or home address is recommended).

 

Deliveries containing alcohol

Gift containing alcohol may only be purchased by persons over the age of 18. These gifts must be delivered to someone other than the sender, who must also be over the age of 18.

 

What happens if the recipient is not home?

  • The gift will be left if the courier believes there is a suitable place to leave the parcel at the property. 
  • If there is not suitable place to leave the parcel a calling card will be left. You will then be charged a holding fee of $10. (To avoid such fees we strongly recommend delivery to a business address where possible).


Other Important delivery information

  • Cancellations and alterations to orders must be made 2 business days prior to dispatch.
  • While we make every effort to provide the gift as pictured, for time to time we may be out of stock of a particular item. If we are unable to supply and item, we will replace it with a similar item of equal or greater value.
  • Although we use highly reputable couriers, time delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances which are out of our control. If your gift is required for a certain date it is recommended you arrange delivery prior to this.
  • Gifts will be delivered to the gift recipients address as provided by you. If we are given an incorrect address and we need to re-deliver the gift to a different address, an additional delivery charge will apply.
  • All delivery prices are in Australian Dollars and include GST.
